It’s the yearly struggle, what to wear to the annual Christmas work do? You want to look nice but it is still more of a professional setting and not a night on the bottle (for… More
I am constantly browsing all the online stores to further fuel my addiction of spending all the money, and here are the best fashion finds I’ve seen for November shopping so far.
In a spendy mood? Keep on scrolling..
One of this season’s biggest trends is the blazer. This trend comes back almost every year and it is so easy to wear and style up. Will you be investing in any blazers this season?
I found a very adorable dress that is a great alternative if you couldn’t manage to pick up anything from the H&M x Erdem collaboration like myself. It’s super affordable being from Penneys (or Primark depending where in the world you hail from) so actually I saved money buying it..
While we were in Vegas a few weeks ago, Andy’s parents got married after 25 years together! Full sh’bang with Elvis and everything, it was so much fun. I have some pictures from the shenanigans over on my instagram if you’re feeling nosy. Some family and friends weren’t able to make it over to Vegas for the ceremony so they decided to throw a bit of a hoolie back in Dublin for everyone that couldn’t make it.
Ever since moving back home to save for a mortgage, I have been obsessed with looking at homeware bits – you know, just to torture myself! There are some really gorgeous bits and bobs out there right now so I thought I would help feed the shopping addition!
I’ve popped my edit of the 21 most gorgeous homeware bits out there to buy right now. Special shout out to number 18, in all my days I don’t think I’ve seen anything so beautiful that was made to serve something so horrid.

It was my Mum’s birthday last month and I had an idea to get her a gift of a trip to a new blow dry bar in Dublin called Dry & Fly. I had seen a lot of the Irish bloggers going and my sister had told me about it as well.
The idea is you pop in for a blow dry and a drink (yes they have a bar, it’s the dream!). My sisters, Mum and I booked in for Saturday afternoon, now I was out on Friday night so I was a little delicate to say the least but I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. It was so lovely to just have a bit of girly time and get our hair styled.
We all got a glass of pink prosecco of arrival (water for the underage amount us!) and our hair washed and styled to our hearts desire. I wanted more of a wavy look so I got my hair blow dried straight and then curled with the wand. I have to say my hair looks great after, it even felt so soft because of the amazing Kevin Murphy hair products they used (the Shimmer Blonde spray is insanely good, I’m going to have to buy a bottle).
Dry & Fly Dublin have two branches currently, one in Merrion Row and one in Wicklow Street. We chose Merrion Row because of the times they had available but I think we actually enjoyed it more, because there are only two stylists working at a time it was as if we had the whole place booked to ourselves (we felt super swanky).
I haven’t been in the Wicklow Street branch yet, but the Merrion branch is just so ‘instagrammable’! There is a spot to take your ‘after’ picture with angel wings, there’s beautiful flowers everywhere and the decor is so pretty. Definitely an amazing present idea or brilliant before a girly night out!
Have you tried Dry & Fly yet?
I have been lusting over the gorgeous Louis Vuitton Star Trail boots but they cost all of the money so I have been on the hunt for a good dupe, or at least something with a similar style.
We went for dinner last night in Siam Thai in Dundrum for a family dinner, delicious food by the way if you’re a Thai food fan I highly recommend. I wore one of my new blazers and my trusty cold shoulder jumper dress which I wear nonstop once the weather gets cold enough. I love the shoes with this outfit!
What is your autumn staple?
London Fashion Week has kicked off! I was originally going to do a big roundup at the end of fashion week, but I decided to split it in half seeing as there were so many amazing shows going on! Have a look below to see my favourites from yesterday and today.
Last night, the 69th Emmy Award Ceremony was held in Los Angeles. I have put together my best and worst fashion from the night below.
